The Data Strategy Appraisal program provides companies with a starting point to set up a proper data strategy – to see where they stand, what can be done, and how to address wishes and objectives. It is a checkpoint that considers the company goals, the available data/data sources, people and skills, tools and IT architecture.
How it works:
For a fixed price of CHF 5000.– we work with you to identify two to four key people from your company to join Quantum’s specialists for a workshop, typically 2-4 hours. This allows us to gather all the necessary information for a thorough appraisal. We will create a report and then meet again with the group to share our findings and recommendations, as well as cost/time estimates for suggested steps. Our recommendations do not typically require giant investments, and they can be done in small steps.
You have no commitments past the appraisal; however, we are happy to be your sparring partner, your coach or to execute the next steps.
Should the company engage Quantum for further services, we will provide these at a 10% discount, the value of this discount being limited to the cost of the appraisal: thus, the appraisal could be free.
